Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Wang Jia, an individual based in Beijing, China ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at loosethreads009@gmail.com.

We do not run user accounts, and you do not need to give us any information to download the free pack. Some information is still processed by the service providers listed below, and this page explains what, why and for how long.

Payments and orders

Purchases are sold by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as the merchant of record: Creem is the seller in the transaction and handles payment, tax and invoicing. Creem collects your payment and contact details, order and transaction data, and device information, and processes them under its own Privacy Policy. We never see your full card details. Creem shares with us what we need to deliver your order and send you updates, such as your email address and payment status.

Emails

If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you. We only email buyers about their order and about updated files for what they bought. We do not send marketing emails.

Technical data

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and request time) to run and protect the site. Google Fonts serves the fonts on this page, so your browser connects to Google to download them. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell your information.

Why we use your data (legal bases)

• To deliver what you bought and send you its updates: performance of a contract with you.
• To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse: our legitimate interests.
• To keep order records required by tax and accounting law: legal obligation (handled by Creem).

Where your data goes

• Creem is based in Estonia, in the European Union.
• Vercel and Google run servers in several countries, including the United States.

This means your data may be processed outside your own country, including in countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. We only use these providers to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

• Order data: kept by Creem with your order, for as long as Creem keeps order records (accounting records are generally kept for 7 years).
• Emails with us: until the question is resolved and for up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete them.
• Technical logs: for a short period under Vercel's retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email loosethreads009@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
