Refund Policy

If you ask within 7 days of purchase, you get a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. You can also try the free HSK 1 pack first: it is made the same way as the paid levels.

The only exception is clear abuse, such as buying and refunding repeatedly to collect the files for free. In that case we may decline the refund.

How to ask for a refund

• Email loosethreads009@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
• Include the email address you paid with so we can find your order.
• A short note on what went wrong helps us improve, but it is not required.

What happens next

We usually reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued through Creem, the merchant of record for your purchase, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5–10 business days to show up.

After 7 days

The files are digital content delivered instantly, so purchases older than 7 days are not refunded for change of mind. If you were charged twice or never received your files, contact us and we will fix it or refund any duplicate charge.

Your legal rights

Before paying, you agree that the files are delivered immediately and confirm that you understand you lose the statutory right of withdrawal (for example the 14-day right in the EU and UK) once they are delivered. This does not affect the 7-day refund above. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
